Smudging 101

Just in time for spring cleaning! This worshop is an introduction to smudging using herbs, natural resins and sacred wood.We will explore the unique vibration  in the smoke of each of these elements and how they can assist us in clearing space energetically by creating a more harmonious vibration.
We will also be creating smudge bundles to take home. $ 20 energy exchange.

Meditation,Mantra and Mandalas

This workshop begins with a 20 minute guided meditation to center you in your awareness  and open your senses releasing the flow of creativity and self expression.We will then explore the healing vibrations of sacred words as mantra or affirmations, creating our own personal mantras from which we will journey inward,opening our internal vision to design and create your own personal mandala to take home.
